DC's new books ads are weird

If you bought a comic book published by DC, you might have seen these ads. They try to be funny but at the same time they seem very weird and making you think twice before purchasing the book. Let's take a look at the add for Grayson.

It sounds really aggressive. The use of the character name as a pun feels really rushed and in need of attention. If you think this is bad, wonder what was left in the cutting room. What kind of ideas has the marketing agency throwing at 3 of the morning. Join me after the jump to see that it could have been much worst (and before you ask, I don't work for DC or any company affiliated with them, this were done for fun).

The first one makes a fact that Dick live will change and he has to adapt to his role as a secret agent of a sinister organization with no one from the Bat-Family to help him.
The next one pokes fun at the fact that Dick will have to use a more lethal arsenal.
The third one is, hands down, the worst of them all.Calling for the mistakes of his former persona and how mistakes could get him killed.

In short, the one DC chose is bad, but definitely there was potential for something worst.
